Harvey Indoor Markets brings together an emporium of small businesses twice each year, providing the perfect place to shop, socialise and pick up a unique gift.
WIth over 50 stallholders, live music and a fun atmosphere, our Indoor Markets are an excellent family day out.

Come and celebrate the festive season at our Christmas Indoor Markets, hosted at the Harvey Recreation and Cultural Centre.

It's a fun-filled event for the entire family, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere where local creatives, small businesses, and hobbyists can display their talents, products and passions.

With live music, a wide variety of stalls and a visit from Santa, be sure to join us for these amazing local markets.

We are currently seeking stallholders for the following:

  • Homewares and decor
  • Terrariums, succulents and cacti
  • Handmade crafts and candles
  • Soaps, beauty and body products
  • Fashion and accessories
  • Bric a brac

We also welcome new and exciting stallholders outside of the above categories.

Food Stalls

To align with Shire of Harvey policies and procedures, all food stallholders will be required to complete a Temporary Food Stall Application Form

Food stallholders will also be required to provide the following as part of their application:

  • Registration of Food Business documentation
  • Public Liability Insurance - Certificate of Currency

Harvey Indoor Markets let small businesses connect with a community of potential customers.

Seller bays are $25, and include an area of approximately 3m x 3m, a trestle table and a chair.

Extra tables may be hired for $5. 

Stallholders are encouraged to bring their own extra tables, if required, as extra tables are limited.

You may set up your market stall on Friday afternoon, or from 6am on market day.

If you already hold a Public Liability Insurance - Certificate of Currency, please provide a copy of this along with your application.

Markets Promotion
Together with the Shire of Harvey, the HRCC will promote the HRCC Indoor Markets across multiple promotional channels. If you would like for an opportunity for your stall to receive dedicated promotions, please complete the following fields.:

During the markets, HRCC and Shire of Harvey staff, as well as local reporters may be present taking photos and videos.
Terms and Conditions
All stallholders will have access to the HRCC from 6am on the day of the markets and need to be set up before 8.30am. All stallholders are to remain set up until advertised time of 1pm regardless of selling out of product. Indoor stalls are approximately 3m x 3m in area at a fee of $25. Inclusive of this fee, the HRCC provides each stall with one (1) trestle table and chair. At the conclusion of the market, all stalls must be left clean. The application form, along with appropriate supporting documentation is to be provided prior to the market. If the stallholder does not attend on the day without providing at least 1 weeks' notice to the Market Coordinator, the stallholder forfeits all monies paid. Our Indoor Markets are very popular, with stalls filling up fast. We endeavour to give everyone a fair opportunity to participate in our markets. We try our best to prevent double-ups on stall offerings, ensuring that the products and services at the markets are diverse and varied. This application acts as an Expression of Interest to participate in the markets, with the decision to accept the application falling with the Markets Administration team.
