This 45 minute session focuses on building strength, improving balance, and boosting coordination, while also working on core stability. With a variety of fun exercises, you’ll improve your overall fitness, make everyday movements feel easier, and build strength you can use in real life. It’s a great way to get stronger and feel more confident in your body!
