For smaller meetings and events, The Boundary Rooms seats up to 90 people in the main room, or up to 12 people in the small meeting room.
The Boundary rooms are ideal for conferences, meetings, workshops and seminars with plug-and-play laptop and screen capabilities.
A separate external change-room can also be hired by those playing games or conducting events on the oval.
For your guest’s comfort, room hire includes use of the kitchen facilities, reverse cycle air conditioning and toilet facilities.
Items included when hiring The Boundary Rooms:
- Use of the kitchen.
- Hot water urn.
- Tea, coffee, sugar, and milk by arrangement.
- Crockery and cutlery.
- Glasses and carafes for wine and beer.
- Audio visual system: visual projector and screen, two TV monitors, cordless microphone.
- Tables and chairs.
Liquor Licenses
If you intend to sell alcohol at your event, you will need to secure an Occasional Liquor License.
Call 9722 0443, visit Department of Racing Gaming and Liquor online, or visit the Bunbury Court House to obtain a license.
If you will be making alcohol available at your function, whether sold or provided free of charge, please notify the Harvey Police in advance.

All venue hirers must comply with the provisions of the Liquor Act, Health Act, Police Act and Criminal Act. The Harvey Recreation and Cultural Centre will not be liable for any breaches.
