For those who want to be motivated by others but prefer more intimacy than the gym – look no further than our group fitness classes. Our classes provide a supportive and encouraging environment which makes exercising so enjoyable and carefree. 

HRCC Classes

TABATA/HIIT is one of the most popular forms of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) consisting of eight rounds of exercises in a specific 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off interval pattern. 

YOGAFIT is balance, strength, flexibility and power. YogaFit® is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuteness of athletes or individuals who practice regularly.

KATAPAULT is an exciting new group fitness class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups to get the results you came for – and fast! 

TEENFIT is a fitness class designed specifcally for teens, enhancing core and strength for body toning and improving speed and agility for increased health and sports performance.

SOYF (50+) aims to promote healthy active ageing and raise awareness within the community that falls are preventable and not a consequence of ageing.

LLLS (50+) is an evidence based progressive strength and exercise program aimed at reducing the incidence of falls and improving health, wellbeing and independence of people over 50.
