Our 10 week Rec Runners program encourages participants to incorporate healthy habits into their lifestyle to maintain or improve their overall physical and mental wellbeing.
The program includes:
- Weekly fitness sessions (changes depending on the season)
- At-home training program
- Running support (summer only)
